FluorAcryl 3298-LVS

FluorAcryl 3298-LVS is a hydrophobic, oleophobic fluoro-acrylate UV-curable oligomer with excellent resistance to solvents, water, water-vapor, oils, stains and abrasion. Substrates for 3298-LVS include PCBs, plastic, metal, glass and ceramic. 3298-LVS can be applied by dip, spray, jet, roll, draw or brushing. When smooth and well-cured, contact angles to mineral oil of greater than 65° and roll-off angles of less than 3° can be achieved.

Application methods: Pad printing, spraying, direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, blade coat, curtain, immersion, spin, dipping, etc.
Curing: LED lights (12W/sqcm @ 385/395/405 nm) for 3 seconds with the light source ~4 mm [or 220-320 nm UV using 3 Joules per square centimeter for 1 minute]
Color: Clear
Water contact angle: ~110°

Solvent resistance: Acetone, ethanol, IPA, mineral spirits, etc.
NaOH resistant:  Yes (25% NaOH for 1 hour)
