The MicroTool family of devices have been used for sperm cell microscopy for over a decade. Cytonix chamber slides are used for sperm cell motility analyses. Devices with seven chambers have been optimized for pig and other mammalian cell analyses. These disposable 75 X 25 mm glass slides with fixed coverslips have 20 micron depth chambers. MicroTool slides are compatible with most CASA and used to assess total, motile and progressive spermatozoa counts and concentrations. MicroTool slides are non-toxic to cells. Each slide is quality control tested to assure 20 micron depth chambers.  In addition to slides with seven chambers, two and four chamber slides are also available.

Chamber Slides MicroTool [24 Slides]

MicroTool are glass devices used in andrology laboratories for motility analysis of sperm cells. These slides have two, four or seven chambers. An invisible coating in the chambers eliminates sperm-cell sticking for optimal motility analyses. These are disposable 75 mm X 25 mm glass chamber slides with 20 micron depth chambers and fixed coverslips. MicroTool are compatible with most CASA and are used to assess total, motile and progressive spermatozoa cell counts and concentrations. The seven chamber MicroTool devices have been optimized for analysis of pig sperm cells.
